What Pest Control Work These Terms Cover

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to pest control work Oklahoma Pest Pros agrees to perform at your property. The written estimate or service agreement describes the target pest, treatment area, planned methods, and any preparation or follow-up requested.

Work may include inspection and treatment of pests affecting a structure. Exclusions, repairs, cleanup, wildlife work, and any work outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement.

Oklahoma structural pest control businesses and technicians must hold applicable licenses under the Oklahoma Structural Pest Control Act, 2 O.S. §§ 3-81–3-89.

Pesticide applications must be made by appropriately certified applicators as required by 2 O.S. § 3-82 and follow product label directions under FIFRA, 7 U.S.C.

§ 136j. We follow applicable EPA pesticide-container disposal rules, OSHA hazard communication requirements, and federal and Oklahoma hazardous-waste rules where they apply.

Relevant oversight may include ODAFF, EPA, OSHA, the Oklahoma State Department of Health, and USDA APHIS for applicable matters.

Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit

Appointments are arranged through Oklahoma Pest Pros and confirmed for an agreed date or service window. Please provide accurate property details, access instructions, and a working contact number.

Follow any preparation instructions we give for the agreed treatment. If you need to cancel or change a visit, contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the scheduled arrival.

Any cancellation fee or other charge must be disclosed in your service agreement or confirmed before it applies.

If no one is available to provide access, the property is unsafe to enter, or required preparation is not complete, we may need to reschedule. We will contact you about the change.

A request to treat a new area, address another pest, or perform additional work changes the scope the tasks included in the agreement and requires your approval before we proceed. Weather, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control may also require a schedule change.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrange another time, but a requested appointment time is not guaranteed unless confirmed.

Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment

An estimate describes the work and price Oklahoma Pest Pros expects to provide based on the information available and any inspection completed. It is not approval for tasks that are not listed.

The estimate or service agreement will state the price, payment method, and when payment is due. Please review those terms and ask questions before authorizing service.

Payment is due as stated in the agreement, which may specify payment at the visit or another agreed time.

Conditions found during inspection or treatment may call for work beyond the original scope. We will explain the proposed change and any added charge and obtain your approval before doing that additional work.

If you do not approve, we will limit service to the agreed scope, where practical, and explain any resulting limits. Estimates may need revision if property conditions or requested work change before service.

No price or payment arrangement applies unless stated in the estimate, service agreement, or other written confirmation. Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the approved work.

What to Know About Service Guarantees

Any workmanship warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service guarantee applies only if Oklahoma Pest Pros provides it in writing for the specific service. The written terms will explain what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and what steps you must take to request service. These terms do not create a warranty period or promise results where none has been stated in your agreement.

Coverage may depend on access to the treated area, following preparation and safety instructions, and avoiding changes that interfere with the work. A guarantee may not cover new pest activity, conditions outside the treated area, structural defects, moisture problems, or work performed by others unless its written terms say otherwise.

Tell us promptly if you see continued activity covered by a written commitment, and provide the service details so we can review it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or duties that cannot legally be waived. Pesticide use remains subject to applicable licensing requirements and product label directions.

Responsibility and Limits on Claims

To the extent allowed by law, Oklahoma Pest Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, pest activity outside the agreed treatment area, or damage caused by others, unless applicable law or the service agreement provides otherwise. Tell us promptly about a concern and allow a reasonable opportunity to review it.

Nothing in these terms excuses compliance with the Oklahoma Structural Pest Control Act, 2 O.S. §§ 3-81–3-89, applicable ODAFF licensing, or pesticide certification requirements under 2 O.S.

§ 3-82. Pesticide use must follow FIFRA label directions, 7 U.S.C.

§ 136j. Applicable container-disposal, OSHA hazard communication, and federal and Oklahoma hazardous-waste rules remain in effect.

These terms do not override requirements enforced by ODAFF, EPA, OSHA, or other agencies with authority.
